How can I access the Messaging feature in OnPatient?

Messaging is accessible under the Messaging tab. Messaging allows you to securely communicate with your healthcare provider in a HIPAA compliant way. OnPatient Messaging needs to be enabled by the practice.  If Messaging is not active, the Send Message button will not appear.  If you are unable to send your provider a message through the OnPatient portal, please call your healthcare provider.
