If enabled by your provider, you can cancel an appointment online through OnPatient.
1. To cancel an appointment, go to the Appointments tab and click on the appointment you would like to cancel.
2. Next, click the Cancel button next to the appointment that you wish to cancel. If the practice has not allowed canceling appointments through OnPatient, the Cancel button will not be accessible and you will need to contact the office to cancel.
3. Finally, when prompted to confirm your cancellation, enter the reason for your cancellation, and click OK.
