I am unable to attach files and send it to my provider. What is the file format that I can attach?

Onpatient allows PDF, JPEG or PNG format files to be transmitted to your healthcare provider  via the secure messaging portal using the following steps:


Step 1:


Login to and click on the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the screen.


Step 2: Next, click on “New Message”, select the name of the healthcare provider you are sending the message to.* Next, you can enter the Subject, enter the body of your message and drag a file in as an attachment (must be one of the above mentioned file formats) and send it to the provider.



*Please note you must select a healthcare provider to send your message to from the “To” drop down, otherwise you will not be able to send your message or add an attachment.
