How do I change the email address associated with my onpatient account?

Step 1: To change the email address associated with your onpatient account, log into the onpatient portal and click on your name at the top right of the screen as pictured below:

 

 

Step 2: Next to the “My Email” field click “Edit”.  

 

 

 

Step 4: You will then be prompted to enter your account password and new email address information "Save Changes" to confirm the desired account changes.
