Letting your patients know about onpatient ahead of time

Making the switch to onpatient doesn't have to be difficult. Using the drchrono email patients functionality, you can send out an email to alert patients of the changes that are coming.

We've even drafted an example for you to use if you'd like!


Dear Frankenstein,


I am excited to announce that we have launched a new online patient portal, onpatient, that enables you to manage your healthcare on the go. With onpatient, you can schedule appointments, directly message your provider, view your records and much more.

Activating your onpatient account is easy. I will send you an email invitation to onpatient. Click the activation link in the email and start the set-up process. Once you’ve completed the process, you will be active and ready to go!
